World Mental Health Day 2019 Highlight: WeRFundamentals @Samsung KX

Last week Thursday we had our World Mental Health Day at the flashy new Samsung KX space in Coals Drop Yard. The event was hosted by Floetic Lara and had a live Q&A with artists Big Tobz, Big Heath, Lateshia Howell and Suli Breaks, as well as live performances from Big Tobz, Lateshia Howell and Suli Breaks. There was an amazing mixture of secondary school and college students present there and the atmosphere was amazing with the young people leaving great feedback. It was a good way for people who didn’t previously know much about mental health or what to do about their mental to learn and gain knowledge. Our audience were sent home with some awesome goody-bags. We would love to say a huge Thank You to Samsung for letting us use their beautiful space, a massive thank you to our amazing artists and audience, as well as a thank you to our funders Comic Relief, Children in Need, Arts Council and the #IWill fund.
