A Little Less Pressure

Sometimes we forget we all have different perceptions of the term living our best life. One person’s definition may be to travel to world learning the wonders of the worlds we live in, learning different languages and trying different foods. On the other hand some people prefer a more stay at home life and, choose not to leave their comfort zone and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. The idea that you should be out there learning new things, developing skills or creating new projects is completely up to you and at a pace up to you.

A lot of people may be starting to feel pressured to change the way you’re living due to the current Coronavirus pandemic. A way people have been told to change is by learning a new skill or starting a project; this is not the case as you may start leaning something new but are you learning it because you want to and your passionate about this or because you feel pressured by everyone else trying new things and feel obligated to followed the heard.

Many of do feel this pressure and maybe it might be good to pre-occupy yourself by trying something new but on the other hand it could also lead to a lot of stress by keeping up with society’s expectations and if that’s the case then it’s not worth it. Stay true to yourself as a health state of mind is much more important that the stress of a temporary project.
